Perfume bottle automatic printing machine printing process
Perfume bottle automatic printing machines are designed to quickly and accurately apply a wide range of printing effects to perfume bottles.
The process begins with a pre-treatment of the perfume bottle surface, which prepares it for the printing process.
This is usually done by dipping the bottle in a chemical solution to clean and etch the surface. Once the pre-treatment is complete, the bottle is placed in the printing machine.
The machine can either use a single-color or a multi-color printing process.
For single-color printing, a single ink is applied to the bottle, while for multi-color printing, multiple inks are used to create a more complex design.
The printing process is then started by selecting the desired design or pattern from a library of pre-programmed designs.
The machine then uses a series of rollers and a printing plate to apply the ink to the bottle.
The rollers rotate against the printing plate, and the ink is transferred to the design.
Once the printing process is complete, the bottle is removed from the machine and allowed to dry.
The finished product is then inspected for any imperfections or errors. If any are found, the bottle is re-printed before being packaged and shipped to the customer.
